Do your products contain nuts?
Many people have asked this question. Although peanuts are not in my ingredient list , I cannot guarantee my products to be nut free.
How do I store my Cake Pops?
Cake Pops need to be kept in a cool, dry place. I do not recommend refrigerating or freezing your cake pops as this will cause the chocolate coating to crack and break. Too much heat will cause them to melt. As long as you keep your cake pops at about room temperature they will be fine and stay fresh for up to 10 days. (If you can resist the temptation of eating them that long!)
Do you offer Gluten free products?
At this time I do not offer gluten free products. Check back as I am working on offering them.
Do you deliver?
I am located in West Jordan and I will deliver for a fee based on your location.
If I am ordering for a wedding do your offer tasting of your products?
Yes, I do offer a tasting appointment at no charge. You may choose up to 3 flavors and this must be set up in advance.
Do you offer cakes?
At this time I am not offering cakes of any kind.
POLICIES
All orders need to be placed at least 1 week in advance. Orders of 3 dozen or more I require 2 weeks advance notice.
Orders of 3 dozen or more I require a 50% deposit. The deposit is refundable if your order is canceled no less than 1 week prior. If your order is canceled after that date the deposit is NOT refundable.
LolliPOPs & Cupcakes has no control over orders once they are delivered or picked up.
LolliPOPs & Cupcakes cannot be held responsible for any melted or cracked cake pops once they have left our possession.
LolliPOPs & Cupcakes does not guarantee or refund any damaged products one they have been picked up or delivered.
